During this 100 day group program, you will identify your root causes for bone loss and how to reverse them so you can build stronger, healthier bones and stay active for life.

Not for people with a clotting disorder, liver or kidney disease, hyperparathyroidism, high blood calcium levels, lymphoma, sarcoidosis, active tuberculosis, chronic lymphocytic leukemia, active or past cancer (skin cancers, except melanoma are eligible), or those who use blood thinners.
